Here's our Credit Card Guarantee: The website safeguards your data that is then processed over the Internet with a payment processor. If someone fraudulently uses your credit card information as a result of your making an online purchase from Creative Professional Education Co., you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its rules and procedures. If you do so, and your credit card provider holds you liable for unauthorized charges, we'll reimburse you for the liability up to $50, the limit of your liability under federal law.

Return Policy - We want a purchase from Creative Professional Education Co. to be completely satisfactory. If you wish to return an item, send a letter to 10449 Birkenhead Rd., Yukon, OK 73099-7501. Please tell us how you want us to handle the return. We can exchange the item, issue a gift certificate, issue a refund or credit the card originally charged. Kindly provide why you're returning the item; the name and address to send a refund or exchange; an email address, fax or phone number so we can contact you if we have questions. Please note that all CPE courses are eligible for 100% refund for (1) year or until a final exam has been submitted.

Jurisdiction - The courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma will have exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes relating to the use of this website, and the ordering of goods and services.
